We aim to deliver or despatch all gift orders within 24 hours of the day you place the order unless other-wise instructed regarding a special date. All bubba gift boxes, sent within New Zealand, have track and trace barcoding for knowledge of whereabouts which aids in security.

Delivery within New Zealand: All items are delivered by courier within 2 days or a little longer if a rural delivery. Express delivery for next day is available at an extra cost

Important note:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address, only physical addresses.
Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address or a $10 re-delivery fee will be charged to your credit card.
Please contact hospital first to confirm details;
- the mothers names (sometimes they are admitted under their maiden names)
- private or public hospital
- date leaving (will she still be in hospital when the bubba box arrives)

Rest of the world – shipping starts at $15.00
We will send your beautifully packaged gift box worldwide by New Zealand Post, delivery will take approximately 3 - 14 business days to arrive, depending on where it is. Every parcel is individually weighed and delivery cost is based on that weight.
A charge of $10 per parcel is an additional NZ Post option for track and trace on parcels sent overseas. Please note we cannot take responsibilty for the babyboxes or able to track them if no insurance is taken which is an extra $8 for the $29.99 babybox up to the $74.99 babybox & $16 for the other boxes. Please let us know if you would like us to add insurance in the comments box of your order.
